This is my favorite Norms to come to for pancakes. The service is always great, but I must say that Marco is exceptional. My coffee cup was never empty and he is super friendly. Mine and my husband’s food always come out hot and just as we ordered. We love Norms in Katella!
Right after coming in, we got seated immediately. The server Marco immediately took our drink orders as well as our breakfast choice. Food was good and overall caring service. 10/10 would come here again!
Located on E. Katella Ave near N. Tustin St. with plenty of parking. We stopped here on Saturday afternoon for a late breakfast. We were seated immediately by a friendly hostess. I had their 'Lumberjack Breakfast', which consists of 3 eggs, 3 bacon strips, 3 sausage links, hashbrowns, and 3 pancakes. I topped my pancakes with strawberries. Food tasted delicious and fresh. The service was great. Shout out to our server, Marco who was extremely attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean and organized during our visit. Overall, we had a great experience at this location and will definitely return.
Yamilet is such a sweet server. Perfectly patient and attentive. I will come back specifically because of her. A Norms is a Norms but good service is harder to come by. Also I got the skillet breakfast with pancakes filling and good!
We had been avoiding trips to this norms for some time because service had become terrible and the food was greasy. We recently went back and are happily surprised. This location has new managers and has really improved. Our initial trip back was breakfast. My husband got the sampler and enjoyed everything. I got the special ham and eggs. A great price. It's Norms, but it is now up to full speed.
Best breakfast. The pancakes are the best that I have had. Sausage is perfect with a great taste, Ice coffee avaliable and it is delicious. Highly recommend this place e. It's our new place for breakfast
I have to say this is a very nice Norms location. I had a bad experience at another Norm's and their customer service department works hard to try and make things right. They are a reputable company that cares about their customers satisfaction. I must say I was highly impressed with this Norms location. The server Marco was top-notch. He acknowledged us immediately when we walked in, even though he was busy checking someone out. He said welcome, I will be right with you. The food was great! The restaurant is really nice with nice wood paneling and a big bay window. We were running out of water and without having to ask Marco brought us more. He cared about the service he provided us and was very professional. He kept coming back to check if our food was to our liking. I think this might be the best service I have ever received at Norms.
